SWEDISH
Swedish massage is the most common and well-known type of bodywork. The goal is to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Lotion or Oil is used to reduce friction and stimulate the skin. Swedish massage is excellent for decreasing muscle tension, increasing oxygen levels in the blood, and improving circulation and flexibility.
